Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once access to the digital files, downloads, templates, workflows, or other digital content has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

No Refunds

All products sold on our website are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not provide refunds after purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive any right to cancel or request a refund after delivery.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.
  • You did not receive access to the purchased product due to a technical issue on our side and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The product delivered is substantially different from the product description.

Any refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
