1. Digital Products

All products sold on Sakuja.com are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchase via a download link. We do not ship physical goods.

2. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase our workflow bundle, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the templates for personal and commercial purposes, including client projects. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates as a standalone product
• Share download access with others who have not purchased
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original template files

3. Third-Party Services & API Keys

Some workflows require third-party API keys (e.g. OpenAI, Google Gemini, Shopify, Airtable). You are solely responsible for obtaining and managing those credentials. Associated costs from third-party providers are not included with your purchase.

4. No Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every workflow will function in every environment or with every configuration of n8n. Results may vary based on your setup and third-party service availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakuja.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
